Our Story
Founded in 2018 by Yasmin Morshedian, YM Legal Services started with a simple frustration: attorneys were spending too much time chasing down court reporters and coordinating vendors instead of preparing their cases.
We built YM Legal to solve that problem. Today, we are a full-service litigation support agency combining certified court reporters, legal videographers, interpreters in 25+ languages, and AI-powered transcript summaries under one roof -- with confirmation on every booking within 2 hours.

Founder
Yasmin brings over a decade of legal industry experience as a paralegal and court reporter. She founded YM Legal Services to provide comprehensive litigation support — including court reporting, interpreters, videography, and process serving — to law firms across South Florida and nationwide.
Head of Scheduling & Senior Operations Support
Nicole joined YM Legal in 2022 as a Florida State University graduate with over a decade of project management and client service experience. She manages all scheduling coordination and team workflows, ensuring every deposition runs seamlessly.
Production Specialist
Jay oversees transcript delivery and serves as the primary liaison between court reporters and clients. A former court interpreter and legal assistant, she brings firsthand understanding of what attorneys need from their transcripts.
Lead Court Reporter
Alexa joined YM Legal in 2024 and was promoted to Lead Court Reporter in 2025. With nearly five years of experience covering trials, depositions, hearings, and EUOs across Florida, she brings precision and reliability to every proceeding.
Business Development Manager
Jessica has built her legal career since 2009, specializing in personal injury litigation. A former Director of Operations, she brings expertise in legal technology and process improvement to help YM Legal grow its client base.
Production Specialist
Ana joined YM Legal in September 2023, bringing over 12 years of experience as an educator. She holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Education from Florida International University. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she handles production and transcript work.
